The Maternity Photoshoot Process

What to Expect From Start to Finish

1. Booking Your Session

Getting started is simple — just click Book Now to view availability and request your session online.

Once you select your preferred date and time and submit your booking request, your spot will be temporarily held for you.

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive:

• Your session contract

• An invoice for the 50% non-refundable retainer

Your appointment will be officially confirmed once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.

For maternity sessions, the ideal time to photograph your baby bump is between 28–34 weeks, when your belly is beautifully round and you’re still feeling comfortable and energized.

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed prep guide to help you feel fully prepared for your session.

2. Your Session Day

Whether in-studio or on-location, your experience will be guided, peaceful, and curated to your style. We’ll explore soft poses, fabric tossing, intimate shots, and more.
You're welcome to include your partner and children — these are family memories in the making.

3. Your Gallery and Final Images

Within 2 weeks of your session, you’ll receive a private online proofing gallery featuring the very best images, each one hand-selected and fully edited in my signature polished style.

Simply choose your favorites, and I’ll prepare your final gallery for download. All selected images are delivered in high resolution, watermark-free, with print release — ready to share and treasure for years to come.
